SEM & OCP- 6 March 2014

SEM & ONHYM- 6 March 2014

SEM and the Office National des Hydrocarbures du Maroc (ONHYM) signed a memorandum of understanding for a scientific and technical partnership in the field of mineral exploration, data analysis (samples) and the environment. SEM & NTDMCC- 27 June 2014

SEM and the Dubaian group Navodaya Trading DMCC (NTDMCC) formed Gabon Manganese & Ferro Alloys (GMFA), a joint venture responsible for the development of a manganese mine in Okondja (South-east of Gabon) estimated at 27 million tons. For more information…(Press release about the JV).

Exploration works are being conducted and the start of exploitation works is planned for 2018.

SEM & FGIS- September 2014

The Fonds Gabonais d’Investissements Stratégiques joined the ComptoirGabonais de Collecte de l’Or (CGCO) body of shareholders up to 40%. Since 2013, CGCO has started a huge project for the marketing of artisanal gold in Gabon and contributed to build strategic gold reserves for the government.    

SEM & SOGUIPAMI- 8 September 2015

SEM et la Société Guinéenne du Patrimoine Minier (SOGUIPAMI) signed an agreement of economic, financial, scientific and technical co-operation for the purpose of reinforcing experience sharing and their technical capacities in the mining sector. SEM & MYANING- 14 July 2015

The Comptoir Gabonais de Collecte de l’Or (CGCO), the subsidiary of SEM, signed a partnership agreement with the company Myaning for the exploitation of a gold deposit in Camp 6 in the province of Ogooué-Ivindo. The environmental impact study isbeing conducted.
